What is my favorite meal? For me the hamburger is the best food in the world. The preparation of a hamburger basically consists of a juicy and tasty ground meat in a round and flattened shape with two bread tops, and for its filling a variety of ingredients can be added, such as melted cheese, crispy bacon, vegetables, sauces (in my preference only mayo and ketchup), etc. Definitely it's the best food, because you can always change its filling thus making it a personalized creation. However, it has a negative point and that is that excessive consumption of hamburgers can have negative effects on health. Burgers are often high in saturated fat, sodium, and calories, which can contribute to weight gain and health problems like high blood pressure and high cholesterol, but! if consumed in moderation and healthier options are chosen, it can be enjoyed without seriously compromising health.
